We are sensitive to the concern of our clients for cost control and encourage them to turn to us early in anticipation of their projects.

Our fees are calculated to reflect time spent, with hourly rates depending on the experience of the lawyers involved.

We believe that this remains the fairest method of fee determination and apply it on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances, context and complexity of our assignments.  

Depending on the case or assignment, we sometimes propose to apply a flat fee or a cap or, in a litigation context, a success fee.
